Rely on God’s Mercy
But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.
Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Ever mess up big—like forgetting a friend’s birthday or burning dinner to a crisp? We’ve all been there! God’s mercy is like a do-over card, giving you a fresh start. Picture Jesus, with a kind smile and a gentle pat, saying, “My mercy’s got you, try again!” His authority covers your heart with grace, quietly urging others to trust His forgiveness. That mercy, endless through every oops, turns guilt into gratitude. How has God’s mercy refreshed your heart today?
Pray, thanking Jesus for a time His mercy forgave you, and ask Him to renew your heart today.
Offer a forgiving act (e.g., a kind word, a second chance) to someone who messed up, and post it with #JRTyndaleMinistries to encourage others.
Lord, thank You for Your mercy that gives me a fresh start. Help me accept Your grace and share Your forgiveness with others. “The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love” (Psalm 103:8 NIV). Amen.
